Stetson provides registered-agent service as the standard arrangement for companies formed through us. The agent receives service of process and official notices. Your LLC must maintain a registered agent and a physical registered office in Texas where the agent can be served during business hours.

We confirm consent before filing. Every formation package includes the first year of registered-agent service, then $125/year. We confirm renewal and payment arrangements before enrollment. Contact Stetson directly for a different arrangement or a later transition; we help coordinate the required updates.
